RE: Everyone's strength & weakness
^^ Agreed. Based on what I saw at the Spring Game Kiel can sling it and is very accurate down field. UC also has some tremendous athletes at WR. 6'6 WR MeKale McKay is going to have a breakout year IMO.

I am anxious about the Toledo game. You guys should be pretty darn solid this year. I hate the fact that it is our first game (with a new qb no less) and UT's third.

I'd say you pegged the Green Wave pretty accurately, Pesik.

I understand why you put UC QB as in question because Kiel is unproven in games, but from what I have seen, I'm a heck of a lot more confident in QB right now than I am either of the things you list as strengths... especially defense.

RE: Everyone's strength & weakness
Temple has a good kicker coming in, so hopefully that aspect is much improved.

I think with the two JUCO safeties (one JUCO All American) and one of the top secondary classes in the country coming in, the secondary should be significantly better (It couldn't get worse)

WR is a question, but I think it will surprise. We just won't have a definite home run threat like we had with Anderson last year.

Weakness is DL, specifically pass rush. We are pretty undersized as well.

Strengths besides QB are RBs and LBs.

OL is a question because of injuries and lack of depth. We have some talent, but we are very young on the OL. We are counting on 3 who redshirted last year, and our starting LT, who was injured about mid-way through the season.

Except for a big question mark at place kicker. We lost a Lou Groza award-winner to graduation. 75-80 percent of his kickoffs were touchbacks. Gonna be tough to replace.

Our QB will be a ?. Hope we can find a decent one(we have many to test).
Our defense should be better except I am worried about LB (hope Trent has a good year).
Our running backs is a big ?. We got a JC but he injured collar bone in spring game. I am expecting great things from Flanders.
Our WRs is also a ?. I hope Garrett is healthy from his leg injury last year. The others will have to step up as we enter AAC. They could be better if QB play is decent.
I believe we will have a better year than last year, but maybe not a bowl trip.

Ol is a big question and will hurt the performance of Shane and the receivers if our needs are not addressed. I think we have some great backs that will take pressure off of them. Probably one of the few who's not worried about the run as long as they get the lanes they need.

I think the DL will be solid but the secondary needs major improvement. We're going to get lit up if our DL doesn't pressure like they should.

UConn's strength, should it sustain where it left off last season is with the WR corps.

Foley also is back as the O line coach and I am certain that the running game will improve, even with a younger line.

Defense scares the bejeezus out of me.

For Houston you definitely have to say our offensive line is a question.
