Grad Transfer - Antoine Mason
Son of former NBA player Anthony Mason. Pastner should be all-in to land this 6'3" combo guard Grad Transfer. Would really help out our freshman-laden backcourt.

This is a no brainer if Mason is interested in the Tigers.

No doubt. Come on down.
If he's half the gritty player anthony was, we need him on our team.

Anthony was one bad mamajamma.[/i]

This may make no difference but pops played at Tennessee State and (per wikipedia) lives in Memphis now.

"He retired in 2003, and fixed residence in Memphis, Tennessee"

SEC is stocking up on grad transfers.

Staff needs to pull of a late miracle in recruiting

Why do they need a miracle? Most of these Grad transfers are just looking for playing time. Memphis isn't the best spot if you don't fill a niche.

This would really change the dynamics of our team! "This would change EVERYTHING!"

Memphis All the way, with AMJ leading this team, could be like Shabazz Napier leading UCONN!!!!!! WE COULD WIN THE WHOLE DAMN THING!!!!!

Well none of the guards have played real DI minutes for starters.

But hey, as long as the staff thinks they are good and we NEVER have to hear the "they are young" excuse then whatever works.

However, I'd bet a 5 guys burger that Pastner says it more than once before December.

^ This, awa.......AMJ learning curve and adjustment to this level of competition will be a lot quicker as far as putting the ball in the basket....He obviously has a knack.....

Translation.....We win more games that we wouldn't as the younguns lose their sea-legs.....By the time the conference play comes around everyone is adjusted and acclimated....Then we start domination phaze = Winning the SHIP!04-rock
