Yes guys and we have have this idiot Pesk here to tell us how great Temple was last year with their losses to Idaho and Fordham or exaggerate a guy that averaged a pedestrian 12.9ppg into a guy that averaged 25 a game. He actually said that crap. Of course it deserves a response.

He's like a roach any time ECU is mentioned. The fact is we know your teams, we beat Houstons ass the last time we played 18 months ago and finished 7-1 in the same conference with most of these same AAC schools like yours. We were even better overall last year and finished with votes in both top 25 polls unlike anyone else other than UCF in the AAC.

We beat the crap out of teams like North Carolina, Cincy couldn't. Yet we are supposed to be scared of the only teams we haven't seen in the last 2 years like Cincy who had some aweful losses, or the others like Temple, UConn, or USF that got run off the field by FCS schools because we "don't know them". GTFO. You are the only ridiculous and overconfident fan on here.

GTFO. You are the only ridiculous and overconfident fan on here and overconfident for mess like Temple or UConn.

be honest did actually watch a single temple game?? first off pj wasnt the qb vs idaho and it was pj's first ever start as a true freshmen vs fordham and the lost on a hailmary (fordham was an top 15 fcs, not saying thats impressive but they werent pushovers).
literally every AAC coach in the teleconference last week praised pj as one of the most dynamic players in the league. i never once said temple was better than ECU but that you are ridiculous underestimating them. which i stand by 100% with pj at qb in 6 of the 7 games they lost with him as starter, they had firm leads that would have normally ment a win for just about anyone else, but they were young last year on a first year head coach and found ways to lose (including rutgers, smu, ucf)

and dont lie i never said he average 25 but that he did that before he got in trouble. you completely twisted that...

you couldnt win a weak c-usa last year.. rice tulane (regular bottom feeders) utsa (who just started the team 3 years ago) had great years in the joke conference. 70% of our teams would have finished with top 25 votes if they had been in your shoes. VT didnt finish with top 25 votes that must mean you are better, oh wait their was a game and they won.

and you lost to tulane and was blown out by a mediocre marshall. so in respone to your comment
Rice beat the crap out of teams like Marshall, ECU couldn't
FAU beat the crap out of teams like Tulane, ECU couldn't
(I know you are going to have some rebuttal for this but why does your loses have excuses but other teams dont?)
and a question for you, ULaLa beat the crap out of ECU 18 month ago, beat tulane 3 months ago (who beat ecu) by your definition you agree that ulala who returns the key players from the beatdown next year is better than ecu?

and yes you dont know them. you didnt watch a single one of their games, know any of their situations, dynamic of last years teams, or the dynamic of next years teams. you are sole reason for "knowing them" is judging of a record you took 10 secs to google

no one here has said anything about ecu being scared , everyone here has had ecu top 4, most of the arguments had here are that ecu fans are dramatically underestimating the rest of the league.. like the ridiculous comment you just made above.

and im overconfident? what? most of our arguments normally dont even involve Houston and the only time Houston is ever brought is by you guys not me..

....and he's still trying to justify the greatness of Temple last year to us. 03-lmfao we really should just stop here.

Quote:and dont lie i never said he average 25 but that he did that before he got in trouble. you completely twisted that...

Which was also a blatant lie as well. He was averaging 15ppg when suspended. The guy averaged 20+ like the first 4 games and it was down hill the rest of the year long before he got busted. Hell it's almost mathematically impossible to average 25 and drop to 13 when you are suspended in late January. That's because it never happened.

That's only part of the season last I checked, and the best team doesn't always win a non round Robin conf. Do you remember USM with more CUSA losses and to horrible teams like 3-9 UAB that won CUSA over a higher ranked Houston with less CUSA losses? Houston clearly had the better season that year, we clearly had the better season and were the only team with votes in both polls.

Quote:70% of our teams would have finished with top 25 votes if they had been in your shoes.

03-lmfao The only one close was Cincy and they lost to friggen 2-10 USF( that were blown away by an FCS) and 4-8 Illiniois and to the same North Carolina team we drilled. GTFO with that stupid ****.

Quote:VT didnt finish with top 25 votes that must mean you are better, oh wait their was a game and they won.

By 5 points. It just means we had the better season. The best team doesn't always win I can give you thousands of examples if you want. It's not complicated. We were had a better season than Houston and most of the teams in the AAC and trying to preach the virtues of how good these new teams like Temple, UConn, USF were last year just makes you look insane.
