Ben Taylor is starting for USA.

The Cajuns are fired up for this game as Bruce Peddie gave them some bulletin board material on Monday. Stating that we were over rated.

Yea, we are overrated because our non aces beat them. They almost did OK.

I am headed from ft. worth to hot springs today for a softball tournament so will be on the road for a while, but if that link is good, I plan to watch some games later.

You can't have your record, beat us 12 games in a row and be overrated. I sure hope that was taken out of context. Petite is a good guy and I'm glad we took the interim tag off.

That foul ball is the highlight of Texas State's offense the last 3 games.

1-0 WKU Top 6

RBI single plates another run for WKU 2-0 WKU Bottom 6.

Texas State has gone 23 straight scoreless innings.

WKU's 3rd basemen made a run saving stop in the 6th. Might have saved two runs. Now 2-0 WKU Bottom 7. Texas State 9 outs from the losers bracket.

Now 2-0 WKU Top 9th. Texas State in danger of getting shut out for the 3rd consecutive game.

WKU gets 1 in the 9th to go up 3-0, but Ian Thompkins, first team all league closer, walked two straight and was yanked. Texas State has scored 1, and has them loaded with 1 out. WKU on its 3rd pitcher of the inning now.

RBI Walk makes it 3-2. Still loaded with 1 out.

Short fly to right. Texas State tries to score runner from 3rd. He's dead to rights, but WKU's catcher drops the ball. 3-3 1st and 2nd 2 outs

A nervy 11 pitch strikeout dropped 3rd strike that nearly ended with a throw into right field by the WKU Catcher. Thankfully the 1st basemen bailed him out.
