OT: Now is the Time to Buy Your Tailgate Gear
Dick's, Academy, ProBass, Sports Authority and SportsmanGuide all have sales on canopies, lawn chairs, grills, tables, etc...If you buy a canopy don't forget the weight plates for the legs. Starter Canopies can be had for $49 and up.

I go for simplicity and lightweight. I like a basic 10' canopy, collapsible aluminum tables that go into bags, all my chairs have bags too. Tip: Label your chairs but also your chair bags too with your name. I stay away from the branded team logo stuff as it is a huge ripoff. For cooking hot dogs, sausage and burgers the Coleman Roadtrip is a solid choice. Get the 5' hose and bring your 20lb tank. In Syracuse I don't leave my stuff out during the game so the simpler the better. I can start breaking down 30 mins before kickoff and make it with 5-10 mins to spare.

TexanMark's Tailgate Hierarchy
1. The Guys Who Cook
2. The Guys Who stay to breakdown/cleanup before kickoff
3. The Guys who bring the stuff on time
4. The Guys who bring Food, Money and Beer
5. The Mooches
6. Tailgate Snobs

Last Tip: If you never have deployed a canopy before. Do a trial run while sober with 3 other buddies in your yard. Once you've done it a few times it becomes very easy. Do not attempt to take down a canopy with 2 drunk guys--it never ends well.

Those are real sweet...maybe when I retire. LOL

Love the grill on the swinging arm. Was really bummed when Freedom Grill went out of business...there MargaritaVille Tailgate Hitch Mounted Grill was awesome.

We're in the market for a new grill, new coolers and likely a couple new chairs this year. We just procured a turkey fryer last year, not that we use that at all games.

Brista send me a PM if you need any advice of tailgate gear. You can spend way too much...I can recommend some more reasonable choices.

For coolers...this one is my favorite budget cooler that rolls. It usually can fit into the trunks of compact sedans. Dimensions 18.38 x 13.31 x 16.2

Budget Rolling Cooler

This could be my new favorite for larger capacity coolers. Dimensions: 26.0 x 16.63 x 16.75

Guys tend to go overboard those hyper-premium coolers like Yeti. If you have those sure use them...but no need to go out and buy them if you are just going to tailgate. I've never had all my ice melt during a tailgate using a regular cooler...even in Texas in Septmeber.

Mark,
That budget cooler is the wrong color for Louisville fans. That blue and white might skunk the beer.03-lmfao

This Fanatics is a good place to check.

Can't wait for football to start.

My pop tent is easy to put up. This year I have to buy a new gas grill.
