wearing Memphis T-shirt. Exchanged pleasantries and talked about football. I did not get your name. Sorry.

RE: I ran into a Tiger fan at Ethan Allen in Southlake
It always so funny running into people. I was on a shuttle going to my hotel last week in Los Angeles. I mentioned Memphis to a lady on the shuttle who was from Washington. She was in LA for a grandson's wedding. She asked me if I had ever heard of her nephew, Jon Albright. I replied that I had.

I once bought marijuana from a guy in Jamaica wearing a 1973 Tigers Final Four t-shirt. He had no idea what it represented. I'm not sure if he was stoned and just jacking with me, or if I was stoned and couldn't understand his Jamaican accent. However, it could have been a little of both, or a lot of both.

My son was at a trampoline center in Southaven when he realized he was in line in front of willie kemp. They jumped together. He shot a great selfie of them

Last year in September we went to Orange Beach, pulled up to the front of the condos to unload. Tiger gear on, tiger stickers on the car. A man and his son were walking out front door and the kid screamed "Look dad...Tiger fans". They came over and said hello. Saw a few more through the week. Always kind of neat to run into Tiger fans out of town.

Yes it most definitely is.

The confines of Tiger Nation are pretty much identical to those of Planet Earth...and sometimes I even wonder about that. lol

I run into Tiger fans pretty regularly here. I also find some folks that are fans of other teams that know some things about the Tigers. I was at my daughter's basketball game in Athens last year when a man saw my Tigers hat and asked me if I remember a Tiger basketball player by the name of Phillip Haynes. The guy had lived in AL all his life but he knew a lot about the Doom years.

I believe Albright dunked on a wide open breakaway for his last 2 points his Senior year, but could be misremembering.
