Not a single team on the bubble did anything to help themselves in the last 10 to 14 days of the season. ODU lost two games this week to weak competition. UAB lost three games this week. USM had to have a sweep of Charlotte. FIU lost six of eight. Heck Middle is one the teams playing the best and we have no shot.

Because of the poor performance of the bubble teams down the stretch, it's safe to say we will be a one bid league this year if Rice wins the tournament. Disappointing finish.

It is disappointing since C-USA had 8 teams finish Top 100.

And I bet UTSA moves up in the 100 during the tourney.

We have spent all year in the top 100 and have wins over the current #6 and #7 teams. Not as epic of a collapse as we are used to, but a slow death for what should have been a special team. If certain players return, we should have a good team next season.
