Ugh. Not the publicity I'd like to see. Stupid actions by the young man. Hope he learns from this.

I don't know how this is being/will be handled at WKU, but it is interesting how different coachs handle these kinds of situations at different schools. I can just about guarantee (based on how Coach Wilder has handled similar incidents) that if this happened at ODU, the young man would be suspended if not dismissed from the team.

I think it is weird that this got picked up when stuff like this happens all over the country every off season. The mug shot is a good one I guess. As for how it is handled, I am guessing the court will give him community service, he will run a lot in practice, but nobody will remember this come August.

TMZ just opened a Nashville office, so sadly we can expect more coverage from them in this area.

Laughing at the death of a human being is beyond low. If you don't get that and feel you're justified by middle fans making fun of accusations then you aren't worthy of my time. i don't think it's funny that anyone died. just used the same emoticon to match your boy space raider. if he'd used the beer glass cheers one i'd have used that. if he'd used the chair smashing one i'd have used that.

it's tragic that it happened. but it did happen at middle. i associate middle with that. i do not put that in every thread about middle. only in threads where middle folk bring up wku fraternity brothers stupidity.
