This is great news! This will create a vision and plan. I cant wait to see what comes out of it and how and when the changes will be implimented.

Let's not get too excited. We'll soon have a new UT president. He may not be as sports friendly as Jacobs.

Sounds pretty cool to me.

This program is focused on the athletic department and making it better from an operational standpoint. I would hope any new president will be supportive of a move to enhance quality.

Of course anything is possible maybe even including reaction to this program as part of interview/hiring process.
