Whether the Big East is the worst BCS conference or not doesn't matter...

it is a BCS conference, the bid is not going anywhere, and the conference will once again get the big pay check come January.

Go back to your mid-major board and quit acting like a moron.

The Sagarin ratings says otherwise friend. So do the rankings. After this weekend our #3 team, Rutgers, will be ranked ahead of the ACC's #1 team. Try and spin that.

The BCS should adopt a rule that says that unless Miami or FSU is the ACC champ and ranked in the top 5, then the ACC and Big East champs should automatically play each other in a BCS bowl, say the Orange Bowl.

That would accomplish two important tasks: (1) it would keep soft-schedule undefeated BE or ACC teams (like Louisville this year) from threatening to pollute the National Championship game, and (2) the BE and ACC are natural rivals, so the game could be marketed as the "Championship of East Coast Football" or somesuch.

The same Longhorns from that even more pathetic league the Big XII.

These aren't Vince Young or Earl Campbell Longhorns.

BTW, Maryland is going to be ranked tomorrow and last I check WVU destroyed them. Hell the Big East NOW has just as many OOC Top 25 wins as the $EC and that is ONE.

No Big East team has any OOC wins against top 10 opponents. Their best OOC win is freaking *Maryland* ?

You've gotta be kidding ...

And what is the Big XII and ACC best win. Only Tennessee had the balls to play someone outside of the $EC and they proved themselves.

But it doesn't matter for one very simple reason, your opinion means N-O-T-H-I-N-G. The BCS Computers are on the Big East side and tomorrow you will have a Big East team with the inside track for the BCS Title.

BTW.

There's a lot of fear in the old boy network right now, and rightfully so. The paradigm is shifting and they can't do anything to stop it.
