Wait ... you do realize that UMass is not leaving the MAC because it "failed to have success", but because Temple left the MAC for the Old Big East, leaving the plan for two East Coast FB-Only schools in tatters?

Now, to make a move Delaware would have to go into the MAC all-sports ... but while its understandable that UMass didn't exercise its option to join the MAC all-sports, since it would mean leaving A10 BBall for MAC Bball ... Delaware doesn't play A10 BBall, it plays in the CAA.
