I was happy if that's all that happened. If I got in trouble beyond that and my parents found out, I was grounded. It's not like you're getting your ass kicked by the teacher, he's just breaking you up. Big deal if he gets you by the neck, you have to grab something. My math teacher that made us do exercises would also put his thumb in your belly button and grasp the little piece of fat underneath it and pinch. Now THAT shiit hurt. Did we complain? Hell no, and we didn't screw up again either.

There is no such thing as discipline in school anymore because of lawsuits and parents who refuse to believe their kids can do anything wrong. Sure, but yelling REALLY loud probably won't cut through the fog and you'd probably get in more trouble for zapping them with a taser than a broom.

Like what, politely asking them to stop fighting? Fit, you're teaching 8th graders anyways, aren't you? If two guys, past puberty, got into a fight and you were a woman, yelling at them wouldn't work for probably 98% of the women teachers.

They should be allowed to use tasers.
