I did send them an email to see if they export any models to the US.... They are not cheap it appears.

You're right about that Pat. I saw a used EV490 (2012) for sale for $67K AUD or $62692 US.

I just looked at the EarthRoamer website. Impressive solar powered unit atop a F-450 (or larger) diesel pickup. Depending on where you live this could be a similar price point as a house!
