Also, shows how much P.J. cares about his players. Some here may not care for him as a coach, but it is hard to deny that he cares greatly about the kids on his team.

Mary Beth Bass said Fleck stopped by every day to greet her son with non-football conversation and a loving approach.

“More than once when coach Fleck would leave Josh, he would say, ‘I love you buddy,’” Mary Beth explained. “It wasn’t just something he was saying. You could tell he meant it and he cared that much. It wasn’t just a kid on his football team.”
