Surprisingly they have not broken into the Peruvian market yet.

RE: WHO'S GETTING THE SEC CHANNEL!
Anybody have any experience or advice on antennas?

I think I may need an outdoor antenna to pick up the local channels due to the fact that I am about 20 miles north of town.

Are there inside antennas that can be hooked up that would allow me to receive the local channels without them being fuzzy?

First question - Do you have a digital TV or an older analog TV? If the latter, you must have a converter or must use cable / satellite hook up to get anything over the air.

The B'ham area has 6 commercial TV channels that have reasonably strong broadcast signals (6, 13, 23, 33/40, 42 & 68) and a couple others (PBS) may come in with the right equipment.

You can go to this website, put in your address, and it'll tell you what kind of antenna they recommend to pick up the channels you want to pick up: http://www.antennaweb.org/Address.aspx
