Jerry asked my to share with you guys why he was banned, so I'll make one last post on here for him.

Jerry got tired of gay Tom in Lazybrook's constant bashing of Liberty I University on the Sunbelt Liberty thread. Jerry responded to post #3345 by calling him "homo Tom".

Atlanta Trojan said he is also gay (moderating a LU thread, mind you) and took offense to the word homo. Permanent ban. Since, the exchange has been deleted from the thread.

Jerry told me that he sent an email to the site support to complain but got no response. The gaystappo is alive and well on CSN.

We are neighbors if you guys havent connected those dots yet.

I looked through Jerry's post and the last few posts he had was in the one about the girl getting a felony for buying water bottles.

While I do not agree with 90% of Jerry's post, if he was to get banned, it should be temporary, not permanent. Why isn't Tom being punished for stalking and egging it on?

I'm curious as to what all the details are before I pull an Obama. That thread is almost 70 pages! I'm going to need a coffee.

It would appear that Jerry is the Donald Sterling of CSN. Permanent Ban? Really - not a time out for some period?

I'm willing to bet money that many others on here have been banned for a time period for calling someone a "bad" name. Everyone better take note "Homo" = permanent ban in today's world.

Have they started the proceedings to force Jerry to sell his property yet. Dirty, since you are a neighbor, let us know when the for sale sign goes up on Jerry's property, some of the Virginia people on here may want to swoop in and buy it below market.

Some areas of the board do have stricter adherence to the rules and there are some heavy handed mods. I thought you could be banned from those areas and still not have a site wide ban?

Homo is the scientific term. Tom et al need to go in the closet if they think what they are is a derogatory term. Shouldn't even warrant a warning.

Well then ban 'em from that particular board, not the entire CSN.

BTW, some folks take what's written here way to personally.

Tom doesn't have much tolerance for Liberty U or for Christianity. Doesn't mean he should be banned either. What was he doing on the LU board anyway other than stalking Jerry. He hates Liberty and has no other interest in it. If he stalked me on the ODU board, I'd call him out too.

BINGO! Problem is you've got 2 queers on that board and one is a mod. The other folks like to tip-toe around the issue when there's a thread that's CLEARLY off topic (ie, not sports related). Then when somebody from Liberty sticks up for themselves they get lynched by the gays and a few enlightened sympathizers.

We don't live in WWI Germany either. Nothing he said merits a permanent ban, it just wasn't the PC correct thing to say. I'd have no issue with a temp ban, but permanent ban says more about the person that banned him than Jerry himself.

They call themselves that. Hell, they've use the word for a TV show, slogans, groups, art,... etc, etc.

Excuse me, but with Jerry's track record on here, I wouldn't be in a hurry to blindly take his word for the series of events that got him banned.

Also, I think using "homo" in the spin room is a little more open than in the other parts of this site.

I can agree with that Tom; however, It would have made more sense to maybe temp ban him from that particular board. A permanent ban makes no sense.
