I checked...they are still in CUSA but CUSA moved when Marshall left for work and they changed their name to the American Conference (they didn't leave a key but I suspect they left a note). The Sun Belt moved and changed their name to CUSA but somehow talked Marshall and Southern Miss into sticking around with them. There appears to still be a conference called the Sun Belt though but it looks to be a collection of teams that were D2 a few years ago. So confusing but I think I've got it figured out.

Marshall's attempting to look like a MAC team to gain some semblance of notoriety.

Go for the sweep boys.
