Lindsay Baker will not be back. She is planning to transfer.

Unless Cullop is able to get someone really special, I'd like to see her save the scholarship for next year since the 2014 class is large, and the 2015 class is small.

The Baker saga has certainly been a strange one.

Too bad----Baker showed a lot of potential in her first game in a UT uniform as she was named UT's player of the game, but unfortunately it has pretty much gone downhill for her from there.

Despite the large number turnovers in the UT women's program during Coach Cullop's tenure it is still well behind the UT men's program in that category during the same time interval.

Of course in this regard, UT is just keeping up with (or being a leader in?) a national trend which during the past decade has seen a phenomenal increase in player mobility as transfers are becoming the rule and not the exception.

Someone who is in a position to know told me. Sorry to be mysterious. It will be announced officially soon enough, I would expect.

Just looked on UTRockets Website. Women's BB roster for 2014-15 does not include Lindsay Baker at this time.

That roster was just posted today. 14 players on the team next season.
