So the brochure is telling the kids that they have the freedom to tell others about their secret and you have a problem with that?

If you KNOWINGLY have HIV, then you should be required by law to inform your partner before initiating any form of bodily fluid exchange. Do you need to tell the whole world? Hell no - but your lover/partner needs to know in order to protect both of you in such a situation.
