I thought the same thing while watching that....great representative of UT. All that we're interviewed handled themselves well...seem like a great group of guys.

good video, maybe a little too rah rah ut, but it was good to hear the guys speak well of the campus and academic and athletic facilities and environment. nice mix of interview clips with game and practice footage. well edited.

i will say i hope we get a nutritionist or dietician on board cause all those nitrates, cured meats and simple carbohydrates on the training table are gonna have half the team coming down w diabetes before next yrs tourney.

I was always taught that Vit C would counteract the effect of nitrites becoming nitrosamines.Eat your veggies and take some supplements. Simple carbs do a better job of restoring depleted
muscle and liver glycogen stores post workout-than complex carbs.This is especially a problem when you are doing multiple skill, lifting, and running session in a day with short breaks.

Don't know about any of this straight but I know Angola Dutch can put away bacon like an O-lineman.
