Otherwise, John Deere Supreme.

Last time I was there a few of the area residents drove by and verbally harassed and made behaved in a threatening manner towards everyone standing in line. Fun stuff.

My kids will not allow a trip to Memphis that does not include a trip to Jerry's. I always either get the wedding cake supreme or the orange dreamsicle. One of my girls really likes the snow cream. I will have to try the John Deere supreme next time just on name alone.

Definitely!

Grew up one street over from Gaisman park and my grandparents lived about 5 houses over the tracks at North Graham. Walked down the tracks many a day to Jerrys. Also visited the 7/11 just over the tracks on North Graham.

RE: Jerry's Sno-Cones in the Washington Post
My grandparents lived over by Kingsbury. There's a big field on Grey Rd that my grandpa used to have a garden in. Spent a lot of time picking tomatoes and shelling butterbeans on their front porch. What I wouldnt give to have 1 more summer night doing that.

Learned to swim at Gaisman. Played basketball and baseball up there. We used to ride bikes to Lois's BBQ on Wells Station, hit the Kwik Shop, and then on to Jerrys. Lois's had some awesome burgers. The best place of them all though may have been The Rebel on Macon Rd.

Ever go see the Santa Claus up on Wells Sta who knew everyone's name?

I played American Legion baseball with quite a few guys from Treadwell. We went to The Rebel hundreds of times. It is a Mexican Food store or restaurant now. The Rebel was killer.

man, that area takes me back. My grandparents lived in the area too, up on Owen. Spent summers at Gaisman (we didn't live here, but spent every summer here in town when I was young). Loved some Jerry's and loved The Rebel!

Fun times except when I had to go pick out a switch for my grandpa to wear out my hide with.

I had some relatives in the area too and I'd go to Gaisman to play and would often find a pickup baseball game at Berclair Elementary. I would take a glove and a bat and be gone all day long.
