RIP Dr. Jack Ramsey
NBA coach / analyst Dr. Jack Ramsey has died.

I really feel for Lionel Hollins. He was really close to Heisley and Ramsey was his coach and mentor.

RE: RIP Dr. Jack Ramsey
That was quite a team in 1977, with Hollins, Walton, and the late Maurice Lucas, fresh from the St. Louis Spirits. No telling how many they would have won of Walton's feet hadn't betrayed him.

Those Buffalo Brave teams he coached were a lot of fun to watch on TV, too, especially when they had Bob McAdoo.

I heard about that on Mike and Mike this morning. On top of all of his other accomplishments they revealed that he also served as a underwater demolition expert, today's equivalent of the Navy Seals.
