That would be awesome in a lot of ways. If you are going to have schools with losing records in bowls then might as well go all the way. Plus, those 2 schools would be up for that game, since the winner would avoid a winless season. I think it would do better ratings than many of these 7-5 vs 6-6 bowl games. Everyone loves to watch a train wreck.

They'd be evenly matched and evenly matched games are the most fun to watch.
