2014 Midterm Prediction
GOP royally BLOWS chance to retake senate.

GOP Pickups WV and SD, GOP losses GA and KY. Democrats hold other states net change 0. GOP will lose 8 - 10 seats NET in house. Here in NC GOP establishment is backing Tom Tillis the only Republican that trails Kay Hagan in all polls.

GOP is clueless on how to win if this plays out, my way to early prediction for 2016...

Paul Ryan loses big to Hillary and Hillary's Pantsuit tails give democrats supermajority in Senate and control of the House.

How do you come to this conclusion. Why do we assume that we really like what Obama and the Democrats have been giving us and the GOP better try really hard to entice us away from that utopia?

I see GOP floundering in many states. They were quick to jump behind Tom Tillis only because he holds the most visible elected position in NC. He isn't exactly popular statewide but will likely be the GOP candidate so Hagan the least popular democrat up for re-election is leading in early polls against Tillis.

There are 6 other competitive races 5 of those currently show democrat leading Michigan of all places is a statistical tie. Given Obamacare's impact I would have expected the GOP to be leading at this point.

Republicans still have momentum heading into November....

The primaries are not finished yet. McConnell will pull ahead when the primary is finished.

There's no way that Mark Pryor wins in Arkansas. I'd say NC and LA are hurt more by weak Republican showings so far.

Hell, I could run for Congress and beat a Democrat in a racially balanced District.

Louisiana has a jungle primary and Mary Landrieu is probably the most "buyable" person in the US Senate, so it's unlike any Southern State.

Of course, Louisiana would probably elect Edwin Edwards for senate if it could.

That's the most bizarre election process I've ever seen. I think Landrieu will have to face someone in a run-off.

Louisiana is generally different than everywhere. It's the closest you can get in America to being in a different country.

Sadly, I pretty much agree. Obama & Co have handed the GOP the Senate but the GOP has a tendency to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. I'd really like to see the Senate have a majority of republicans just to hear what lame crap Reid would spew.

Only chance of that happening is him getting caught in a bath house naked with a group of 15 year old boys. Even then, he'd probably get 45%.

Republicans take back to Senate and increase their numbers in the House.

Others states could come in to play but according to RealClearPolitics , Democrats would need to win 4 out of the following 7 to get to 50.
Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, and North Carolina.

I just don't see it. RCP does have Iowa and NH as "leaning Dem": Georgia and Montana leaning Republican.

Guys, don't believe liberal media outlets that are in the tank for the DNC. They are desperate.

Here is a good example of that. Look at the source, look a the title and then read the first paragraph.
