Where did you get no buyout? If he leaves before April 29 the buyout is $500,000. After that date it is a % of his remaining contract which would equal right at $700,000. Of course that is chump change for Tennessee.

Wasnt the buyout for White like 1.2?? Not alot of difference to one of sec schools at the bottom of the money pile

But if this happens i think its gonna be quick.

White's buyout is 600k and decreases 100k/yr

That sucks - really glad White stayed but wish UT would have picked Howland instead. Hope USM finds a good coach

It is confirmed Tyndall is going to TN. I saw it on WDAM local news here in the pine belt. Search will now begin...

Hire another liar like Donnie Tyndall, I guess. Money isn't important, and I'll be here several more years. #family

NCAA can be damned... Won't have a problem leaving us out of the Dance next season since half the freaking team will transfer now.

What's the point in even caring when you're stuck in C-USA and have the lowest athletic budget in the universe? Any success means instant disaster, over and over and over and over again.

actually White said the same thing about money not being important and it sounds like he mostly meant it except he just wanted a few extra years from UT that they wouldn't give him.

to be fair DT did say "unless one of his dream jobs" came along.. (or something along those lines).

I am really disappointed that he had a huge following in Hattiesburg, and now we're starting over...
