MyBB One of the best and untalked about things with Haith coming to Tulsa...
He's bringing Dave Leitao with him. I don't think Leitao was the best head coach, but he did have splashes of success. Really he brings one more guy with experience to teach our players and help recruiting.

Leitao played and coached under Jim Calhoun. He asst coach there for the '99 NC. He has made it to the NCAA tourney at two schools and is a former ACC coach of the year with Virginia.

With that hire we have a Big 12 coach of the year and ACC coach of the year on staff. (Granted they both left on poor seasons)

The recruiting is probably going to take another step up soon for Tulsa, which will be great once we hit 2016 and 8 open scholarships. That team should be the best Tulsa has ever had.
