Playing Tulsa at home next season is a bigger coup than when we scheduled it
They are coming off an NCAA appearance and the ConUSA championship. But, even bigger, they will be in the AAC next season. That's the conference that includes NCAA Champion UConn, Memphis and SMU, which will likely be a Sweet 16 team next season under Larry Brown.

Is that crazy or what? Tulsa in the same conference with UConn. I'm not familiar with the league configuration. Will they have two divisions? Memphis and SMU are in the same geographical area as Tulsa, so that's not bad, but if they have to go to UConn every year, That's a long way away.
I believe it's further than us going to FIU and FAU isn't it? I don't know. The ways these conferences are lining up is absolutely nuts. I'm assuming Tulsa will play football and basketball in the same league also. Is that correct?04-cheers
