Ken Bishop 2013 Highlight Video
Havent seen this posted on here yet so i thought I'd share. But damn after watching this its making me even more nervous about our D-line next year. Bishop was a man amongst boys, dude was dominating the line of scrimmage just throwing O lineman back into the QBs and RBs and extremely athletic for his size, were gonna miss him a ton. Watch him be a big sleeper in the draft this year

I'm not saying he wasn't a good coach... but this is what scares me a bit about the DD years... he knew this was a very short term gig for him and treated it as such... where are the recruits from the DD era that we're excited about right now??

I guess we'll understand this shortly...

I don't have an answer to the question but no one saw Lynch doing what he did. That's the main the reason it was such a short gig.

Big Ken has some good wheels. It's promising he's having so many private workouts for a guy pretty under the radar for non Huskie fans and teams that played him.

Maybe.. it just.. and I'll fully admit I'm a fan and alumn but don't have any personal contact with Doeren..

But guys like Kill..like Carey.. this is largely (NIU that is) an upward ascension.. a progression..

For Doeren, I'd argue this was a resume round outter.. "get some head coaching experience" and therefore, not be criticized for it when pursuing future opportunities.. Lynch made it easier for DD but I'd beg to say he went in with this short term plan..

Kill I don't think so... if NIU had stagnated for 5 years, I think he would have stayed and been just fine with it...

Is Bishop projected as an undrafted free agent?

He is doing alot of private workouts. This is good for him. I am sure many teams hope he flies under the radar but maybe one team decides they can't take a chance on waiting and draft him. Although being a UFA does have its benefits, you can chose the best situation.
