his facebook page from an hour ago says he's in surgery to try to remove pressure to his brain. kent, we hope for the very best, that the doctors and nurses be at their best, and send up our prayers for a speedy recovery.

I met RiceDoc a few years ago at a pre-game tailgate. One of the most ardent Rice fans. Intelligent and thoughtful. And a fixture on this board.
This news makes me really depressed. .
