Obamacare is a regulatory nightmare. It's going to get bad when it is fully implemented.

Of course it is. But doing nothing isn't an option, so Republicans need to have a plan if Obamacare is going to be undone.

Repealing it will safeguard the good plans that people like for millions of Americans. Repealing it is a good thing for a very large number of Americans. It's a net positive even if it was replaced with nothing.

Healthcare for the elderly, you say? Medicare isn't all it's cut out to be and, it has holes, and it's going broke, and not everyone gets the care they need. And BTW, Medicare consumes 23% of the national budget

Except the majority of people liked their healthcare. They just didn't like the "system." So, in order to fix the purported problems, the decision is to blow up the system for everyone, and further ingrain the bad ideas from the old system. Yea, that makes a world of sense.
