I liked that design of the helmet. I really like the striping.

Does anyone know if the Buc emblem on the side is the final ageed upon symbol for the helmets? I would love having at least some helmets with the ET on them or East Tennessee on them. (Or even ETSU).

I think that the Bucky logo may be getting changed slightly. Last fall ETSU Marketing gave a presentation to my students about rebranding. They showed them the current Bucky logo and an updated one to see their preference. It was my understanding that they were showing these logos to certain groups to get feedback before making a final decision. I was told they'd be making their decision by this Spring, but who knows. Basically the main differences between the current logo and the updated on is that the updated one is strictly blue and gold and he has normal eyes. The brim of the hat is also slightly different and his goatee looks more like a normal goatee if I remember correctly. They didn't say anything about the football helmets or uniforms though. I'd say they won't unveil them until they know for sure which logo they are going with: the current Bucky or the updated one.

I honestly hope they do a white and blue helmet with the Tartan stripe.
I messaged this guy to see if he could come across a mini helmet. He said he'd look into it.
