I was on a Southwest flight once. The flight attendant on the intercom said. "this is a non smoking flight, but if you can climb out on the wing, and keep it lit, smoke em if ya got em.

When we landed they sang a song to the tune of the Beverly Hillbillies theme song. I just remember the last line. Cheap flights, friendly people, and plenty of free peanuts, y'all come back now.

I was on a SW flight from Little Rock to Albuquerque about 10 years ago and when going thru the flight instructions the stewardess was discussing the flotation devices and said "once the catastrophe is over, please return the flotation devices to the plane... "

A roar of laughter filled the cabin, except for the little hairdresser next to me who was on her first airplane and on her way to a convention in Vegas.
