My guess is Missouri would leave the sec for big 10 if the big 10 also got 1 from Kansas, Oklahoma or Texas to join with Missouri... throw in ND, UVA, UNC, or FSU but that's a whole different expansion move. I don't believe Missouri leaves the SEC to join the big 10 if the big 10 is bringing in UCONN to pair with missouri.

Missouri would either accept the invite or not. It wouldn't matter who they were "partnered with."

RE: 4/14/14 - Expansionistas Big Ten Prediction Poll
Disagree it would matter a great deal who else is coming into the big 10 for missouri to leave the sec. I guess if the rules get changed and the big 10 can expand to 15 with missouri than it doesn't matter but missouri has a lot of leverage with a nice home in the sec. IF the big 10 tells them uconn or buffalo are joining the big 10, i think missouri passes. Yet, if the big 10 tells them kU is joining than its makes leaving the sec much more likely. As for uconn, my prediction is UCONN will join the ACC as full member within months after the acc gets the champ game rule changed. I'd go with 3 pods of 5 schedule format for football and 4 pods of 4 with hoops.

The SEC has fine schools and better athletics I don't see MO leaving for the B1G

The B1G won't double up in Ohio or Pennsylvania, but they are going to double up in Kansas? There is virtually no chance KSU joins the B1G.

Only way Kansas St joins B1G is if there are NO alternatives and the KS Legislature (which is full of tea party idiots) insists the schools remain together. At that point, I think the B1G would rather have Iowa State. And if champ game is deregulated, they can even be at an odd # of teams.
