A comprehensive list...and the opponents of each ACC school.

How do you think your team will do?

At best one and done. The field is pretty strong in the Old Spice Classic. Probably Gregory's next to last season.

It looks like the Battle for Atlantis is the new "Hot" early season tourney. All the Power Programs are lining up to play.

Since the article lists ND partaking in a double header, I'll just add that FSU is making another appearance in the Orange Bowl Basketball Classic. We'll be facing South Florida, and Wake will be facing UF in the other game.

Is that played in the NBA arena?

Florida Panther's NHL arena in Broward County, suburban Fort Lauderdale. Been there as long as I've known an Orange Bowl Basketball Classic event even existed. I think most of the Orange Bowl Football activities are in Broward and they decided to keep the Basketball in the same area-ish, too.

I know we (Cuse) are invited for 2015. I plan to go...maybe fly spend a few days in FL and a few in the Bahamas.

They announced the 2015 teams already? I thought they literally just announced the 2014 teams within the last couple weeks.

Cuse was the first team announced...my understanding is they try to line up the headliners first and backfill the others. Juli Boeheim let the cat out of the bag.

You're talking about the Orange Bow Basketball Classic? A one-day doubleheader, not an 8-team tournament, right?

"The entire field for the Cancun Challenge remains to be set, but Virginia Tech will be one of four host schools and the Hokies will then play in the semifinals and finals in Cancun on Nov. 25-26."

The field is not set yet and VT is an anchor/attractive school to draw other schools. Hmmnnn..... We'll be lucky to get some decent mid-majors in the Cancun Challenge.

Sorry guess I lost you...no it is the Bahamas Tourney in '15 for Cuse. I don't think we played in the Orange Bowl Tourney for over 30 years.

Figured there was some miscommunication. The OBBC seems to be an FSU and UF doubleheader these days. Opponents are usually so-so. I think the main reason FSU does it is for a game in south Florida.
