I know there isn't much for them to communicate. It's reality that JMU just isn't that desirable and they are trying very hard behind the scenes to get the right invite.

I just wish they would communicate that their goal is FBS and finding the right home might take some time. Would go a long way with me. I'd at least understand that...

Stoss posted a link earlier saying he was informed by a follower said the Sun Belt had offered JMU, but when he tried to confirm with a contact the contact basically laughed at him and said JMU had no invite.

Blah blah blah "you don't get an invite until you accept" but I just think we take for granted that an invite is out there...there is a chance that we don't even have the SB votes required.

I mean I get JMU being tight lipped on the SBC "invite". They can't acknowledge that while they are trying to finagle a "better" invite (MAC or CUSA). But, to your point, in the meantime the JMU fan base sees that there is a conference that wants us and if the admin. won't communicate any rationale, taking the "sure thing" becomes that much more pressing.

Has anyone seen the drawings for the new convo ?

Does this administration and BOV have a pulse? Total silence is not a good way to keep your investors committed to a cause.
