No matter how much potential you think he has, I just don't think you'll see anybody ranked very highly with as little D1 experience as Clark has.
With a decent showing this year, he'll jump significantly on the list, I think

It is sort of a "chicken vs egg" question. Is a coach successful because he has a program that can spend $200,000 annually per athlete or does his success garner the charitable contributions to allow that kind of financial support to be collected? The Phil Knights and T. Boone Pickens of college sports are a factor nonetheless.
