Shoelace & Craft
Arguably two of the most exciting players to watch in FB/BB from the b10 the last couple of seasons. These two were model student-athletes who truly embraced the academic concept while bringing a quality athletic presence as well.

looking at guys like those two i think college athletics are going to be fine in the longrun. if the conferences did a minor regression where they tried to weed out all the BS we see with illiterate players, athletes spending 45 hrs a week on sports preparation, and even raise athletic academic standards to be on par with regular students ==> I think the sport will be fine.

if the p5 can build themselves on guys like robinson & craft rather than wiggins & johnny football I don't see them missing a beat while retaining the vast majority of their revenues, TV ratings, & media coverage. the fanbase of college athletics will always be driven by fan loyalty rather than talent. if CFB was a talent driven sport then someone needs to explain to me why CFB stadiums are so much larger than NFL stadiums.
