Where did you relocate from?

Born in Florida, but have lived in Georgia most of my life... I know Vinegar sauce is a North Carolina thing. They also like slaw straight on the sandwich. I have had bbq from almost every region, but its hard to beat a good brisket with some vinegar sauce.

Side note: I am totally on board with bets during the season against teams we play. Loser has to ship foodstuffs from the area that they believe is top notch to the winner.

I put my BBQ up in that bid.
