I'll say this for UL, it has one of the best sports programs in the country. For the most part educated passionate fans, and deserves their invite to the ACC. Even in leaving the AAC they have conducted themselves with nothing but class, and honored the terms of their contract with the former BE now AAC. It has been an honor to be a conference mate, even if just for one short year. Sorry about getting off track we now return you to your regularly scheduled thread.

Impressive year, no question. Sorry UC wet the bed when it mattered most but luckily the conference mates were there to pick up the slack big time.

Depends on our QB situation, though our defense will be nasty. We have our toughest conference games on the road, while Cincy has their toughest ones at home, so that may make the ultimate difference this year.

After years on PirateIllustrated/I cant remember what the UCF rivals site is...all this friendliness is semi unsettling ha. I still think it is kind of funny how UCF guys made that script to block any OTM post.... anyways...unsettling...but yes congrats UCF. I hope you only lose one game next year (unless losing two helps us ha)

Every program in our conference needs a split of that 17 million at the end of the year. If it isn't UCF, I know the next 10 that I want it to be (with USF at the bottom of that list of course). I am hoping that last weekend of the season with UCF/ECU and UH/UC doesn't muddy up the waters for some MWC team to sneak in.

A strong showing by AAC teams in the non-revenue sports (eg, tennis and golf and baseball) will really help boost the media perception of our league. It would be hard to deny "Power" status to a league outperforming or competitive with the perceived Power conferences.
