I think he'd be better than Murray for Marshall honestly.

Murray seems to understand the game but not how to recruit to either UAB or ETSU. Either would be better than what you guys had last season.

I don't know how objective UAB fans can be about Murray. He played here, and we named the building after his dad. Near as I can tell, when he was fired, there were no hard feelings. It was just that he wasn't ready.

He's one of ours, and we like him, but I don't know a single Blazer fan that wishes he were our coach.

I liked him - just tough to replace a legend.

Doesn't look like a bad hire. Struggled some at UAB, went to a different school and did better. Probably learned a lot.

Murray's Asst. Coach is Bob Bolen who won an NAIA National Championship at Mountain St. College in Beckley and was at Power Woodrow Wilson High School as a coach also. If it is, and he brings Bolen with him, Bolen is a great recruiter and knows the area well

Most likely waiting until the NBA season is over to see if D'Antoni is fired. If we can't land him my vote is for Levelle Moton.
