Of course Rutgers fans have a conspiracy theory: NJ Star Ledger is owned by Newhouse Corp. The Newhouse clan all went to Syracuse and are major donors to the school and also own the local Syracuse paper. (NJ, Syracuse, NOLA, AL <Birmingham> and MILive papers are all owned by Newhouse and share stories/resources). This NJ paper obviously has an axe to grind on Rutgers since it is a Syracuse entity. This was explained to me by several Rutgers fans.

Yup I know a number of those fans. I think they should wear their tin foil hats too...
