Former Tiger Dasmine Cathey on Real Sports
First I've heard of his story. It was a bigger story on colleges directing athletes to bogus degrees just to keep them eligible, but he was a big part of it. He would read Cat in the Hat books in college to try and learn to read.

Everyone knows athletes have taken joke classes forever (now you can throw in non athletes getting useless degrees) but it's obviously become the norm across the country. What's ridiculous is schools have taken over picking the joke classes for these kids.

The story also talked about UNC and Oklahoma.

Yet we keep harping about Apr and graduation rates. Interdisciplinary Studies. It's all a sham. It's not just us though, everyone is doing it, even Harvard.
