MLB Season
We did this at the beginning of every MLB season, hopefully we can keep it going the whole season. There's nothing I love more than MLB baseball. Where do your allegiances lie?

Athletics. Had 2 rainouts already, it was the first since 1998. They aren't doing good so far. It is too early for me to panic.

I was reading about one of the rainouts where the team forgot to put a tarp over the field overnight and it rained making the field unplayable the next day. I like the A's, and hope that one day they will get a true baseball park instead of that monster they currently have to play in.

Wrong. If anything, New Yorkers run a third of South Florida. I'm born and raised in Tampa, which is not South Florida, so between the New Yorkers, the Cubans, and the Canadians I do not care who runs South Florida.
I care that Bostonians were all "woe me, the big bad Yankees are mean to us" before 2003, and then became a more drunk version of the Yankees and their fan base since.

I will agree that winning the 2004 World Series was the worst thing for the image of Red Sox fans. A lot of band wagon fans jumped on board and are really obnoxious. I remember going to games in Arlington in in the late 90's and early 2000's and being one of like a hundred fans. Now it seems like half the stadium anywhere you go is Red Sox fans.
