Indeed Medic! They can spare an old man and win the final by 10. So far they've shortened my life or at least my fingernails.

No kidding. By the way...the 3 shot foul called on Kentucky IMO was BS. The shooter jumped all over the defender, whose feet were firmly planted after being faked. Am I wrong about this call? Barkley didn't like the call either.05-stirthepot

You aren't wrong. The zebras also awarded a goal tend that wasn't, called fouls on Kentucky for acting jobs by Wisconsin players at the end of the first half and in the first few minutes of the second half, allowed muggings under the Kentucky basket and generally kept Wisconsin hanging around. The call at the end was designed to give them the game. Pathetic! Connecticut on the other hand just outplayed Florida.

Yep. I have never seen a goal tending call made on a ball that high in the air and that far from the rim...

Glad Uk got the W. That 3 was nasty. I was a bit worried throughout the game but they really played when it counted.

This may be a bit mean....but after seeing some of Wisconsin's crowd...I'm so thankful I went to ECU.

Haha. Did you see the Badgers girls during the free shots? It was the Budweiser commercial " Its only strange if it doesn't work" stuff.03-lmfao

Yeah haha at that point I looked over at my GF sitting next to me on the couch thinking "phew..EC has been good to me."

No offense to the Badger ladies...they're fine in their own ways. NC is just blessed. I have long lost family that went to Wisconsin and still live there. The accents kill me. We're from Wiscansin dontchaknow? Come to think of it my drivers ed teacher played OL for the badgers...pretty sure he moved south for the weather and the women.

I watched the UK teamcast and even their announcers were critical of calls that went in UK's favor.

I missed all the UK favoritism. I saw the refs do their best to hand it to the Badgers the last five minutes though. Missouri would have beaten Wisconsin by 30 points of course.... hee hee hee...

I watched the UK teamcast also. They pointed out bad calls consistently for both sides, and there were many, but the preponderance of them were against Kentucky and did come at crucial junctures of the game. Even UK announcers are prohibited from speaking about what looks like an obviously manipulated call. To do so can draw a ban. They can however say it looked like a bad call, they just aren't permitted to say it was a fishy or rigged call.

Kentucky will be favorites next year. Florida has a bunch of seniors now, so it may take them 2-3 years to get back to a Final Four.
