Watched for 3 years at Briarcrest. He moved to Louisville for his senior year. Surprised to see him coming back to Memphis. His father, Browing played at Louisville and played many years in the NFL. He has a good arm, wasn't used right at BCS, spread offence. Sometime his decision making was suspect.

Agreed. Very surprised he's coming here. Great athlete with size and canon for an arm.

Wow... This seems strange (Twilight Zone) former Memphis QB's son was going to Louisville. Now, we get former Louisville QB's son.

I think he worked for Medtronic and lived in Germantown. A guy that worked for me (ironically a college quarterback from Cornell) almost bought his house.

The mother is from here.

In 1990 the father threw a pick to Glenn Rogers Jr late in the game. We only needed one score to take the lead and win....but somehow Glen Rogers let Nagle tackle him. I still have no idea how. Danton Barto did help Nagle up after the play and congratulated him saying "you just lost the f---ing game". I loved that guy.

However it was not to be, as we could not push it in and our short field goal attempt was blocked. A guy ran around the left end untouched and blocked Allison's attempt.

That game was a heartbreaker.

A sign of any good football program is a healthy walk-on program. I doubt BJ had other D1 offers, but he could develop into a play maker with 3yrs into a program. With his size, he could also develop into a TE, ILB, or Guard.

looking at his size I was wondering if he is recruited to play QB or another position.
