NIT title game
SMU lost, but it was on a late 3 by Austin Hollins ... another Pitino wins.

SMU had a great season - still a shame they were excluded from the NCAA tournament.

AAC needs no vindication.

Very successful post season.

Memphis, Louisville and UConn all advanced in the NCAA tourney, Louisville to the Sweet 16 and UConn still playing in the Final Four.

Cincy also made the tourney- simply suffered a close loss- it happens.

The one team that should have made the NCAA but did not- made a great run to the NIT finals in a game it obviously could have won.

On a side note- watching the last few minutes of the NIT final was great- especially the interplay between Rick Pitino and Richard Pitino. That was fabulous.
