tc seems to think Alan Stein's Stronger Team & Co. is a candidate.

I would rather have me out there than Stein if that is how he lets those kids do work. The kid was bouncing the bar off his chest on the bench and doing half-swinging pullups. I would rather see the kid do three or four real pullups with good form than do those half-ups. Three of something right is better than eight of something wrong.

On a side note, it is telling that a friggin high school has a dedicated off season strength program and Memphis has some former Germantown Alderman running our guys though some crackerjack beach body routine.

Austin and Shaq are doing leg work today.
