Unless I'm mistaken, FAU does, doing so in its 7th year of existence, under the tutelage of Howard Schnellenberger. This season will be UTSA's 4th, so we're hoping to break the record of a fellow C-USA school.

Agreed. I think you should need a winning record to become Bowl eligible.
