That is a rather low estimate. We can get over 12 million by just taking low end estimates. If 1 million of the exchange folks don't ever pay a premium we get 6 million on the exchange, 4.5 million on expanded medicaid and 2.5 million sub26ers so the low end would be about 13 million. Of course that is not counting newly insured off exchange purchasers, medicaid woodworkers, SHOP (small business exchange) purchases, and all the policies that haven't been completed yet. I think a lot of you are going to be in denial when the 2014 newly insured numbers are finalized.

And I think you're going to be disappointed at where all this money is going to come from.
