Barton electrified the crowd last night with Portlands win over the Grizz. but with two years nearly gone on his three year guarantee, is he doing enough to stick around>

11 minutes per game, 3.4 points, 1.6 rebounds, less than a steal per game. Most numbers down from last year. And his weight is still listed at 175 to 185, the lightest player on the team. He is making $789k this year and goes to $915k next year.

Think he can stick around?

Will may still be a lightweight, but he's putting on muscle and it shows. He'll be fine. And I think they'd be foolish to let him go.

Adding muscle tone is good , but I think he needs to put on 10-15 lbs really bad.

He's not a high flyer with ungodly lift, so why resist?

I think he has done enough to be an NBA player going forward, but I hope he is moved to lesser team that can offer him more minutes.

The Mavericks could use someone like him but Cuban is too stubborn to sign good young players.
